RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund within 7 days of delivery. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in like new or unused condition, with all original tags, labels and packaging.
Damaged/Defective Product Returns
Returns for damaged or defective goods may qualify for a full refund or free replacement. After product is received an inspection will be conducted to determine if the fault falls on us. If the fault is ours you will be able to choose whether you would like a full refund or a free replacement. (See Exceptions section)
Unsatisfied Customer Returns
If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with our product and wish to return it, please email support@tribxtech.com (see return process section). Once product is received we will inspect the product to ensure it can be resold, if it can be resold you will be issued a full refund for your purchase. If the product is not able to be resold you will be charged a 20$ restocking fee.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at support@tribxtech.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label. After receiving your RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, print the shipping label and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
